With over 20 years experience in teaching, producing, and performing electronic music, Singapore-based Ben Ang specialises in Electronic Music Production, Live Performance and Playback, Recording, and DJ-ing, in Ableton Live. He teaches at Basic and Advanced levels and provides customized Artist Consultation sessions.

Ben has been part of Singapore's Electronic Music scene since the early 1990s. As the lead Ableton Instructor at Pop Studio Academy and as Principal Tutor at the National University of Singapore Electronic Music Lab, Ben has helped thousands of students in their electronic music journeys and enabled many to go on to release their own music and launch professional music careers in Singapore and beyond, and helped other artists to enhance their electronic music skills.

Ben is a published recording artist and electronic musician in his own right, and is the producer behind COSMIC ARMCHAIR (synthpop / futurepop duo signed to European record label Alfa Matrix); and ABYSS SIMIAN (solo electronic project) where he creates remixes and performs experimental electronic gigs.

Ben's passion is helping beginners to get started quickly into music production and/or performance; and helping experienced musicians take their music to the next level.
