Your mission

As a People Operations Specialist, you support our People Business Partners with administrative processes, data management, and the essential tools we use in our People & Workplace Unit, like Personio and Culture Amp. You refine and innovate our processes ensuring the seamless and efficient handling of personnel data.

You are the primary point of contact for our employees, handling administrative responsibilities such as managing residence permit requests and providing standard confirmation documents, via our Jira ticketing system.

With your proactive spirit, attention to detail, and positive outlook you are a valuable addition to our team, injecting a fresh perspective into our work. We're looking for someone who communicates transparently, has an eye for detail, and a natural knack for process management.

Your responsibilities

  • You organize and maintain personnel data and update internal databases in line with data protection requirements
  • You draft amendments, certificates, attestations and other personnel-related documents, ensuring they're ready for signature and dispatched on time
  • You document, maintain and improve our People processes
  • You're responsible for managing and enhancing Personio's workflows.
  • You support in relocation services & help to create a welcoming Onboarding experience
  • You support or drive various People related projects, e.g. Time Tracking introduction in EMEA

Your profile

  • You have experience in administration, ideally People Operations (min. 2 years)
  • You bring in-depth knowledge of MS office and common ERP systems, ideally Personio
  • You are meticulous, structured and results-driven
  • You possess very good communication skills and can navigate sensitive situations with ease
  • You are a friendly team player who takes joy in assisting and collaborating with others
  • You are proficient in both written and spoken German (C1) and English (at least B2)
  • You hold a degree in business administration, have finished your commercial training, or equivalent
