Make Your Own Stutters in Arrangement View
There are a number of plug-ins available for making glitchy stutters - including Ableton Live's Beat Repeat. If you don't feel like going the Beat Repeat route, you can get your hands dirty in Live's Arrangement View and make your own stutters by chopping and rearranging audio. MacProVideo's G.W.
