Since setting up and running his own recording studio in 1996, Michael has produced and engineered a vast range of music - from guitar bands to sound art - and released his own electronic dance music on a range of labels covering Hardcore Rave to Minimal House.

A power-user of all mainstream DAWs across multiple platforms, Michael provides tuition and training for songwriters, DJs and musicians in activities including music production/engineering (programmed and live) and the integration of multiple controllers such as LaunchPad, WiiMotes, Kinect, tablets and of course the new instrument, Push.
Michael has also brought his expertise to education and training at Leeds College of Music and most recently the School of Sound Recording in London. For Teesside University, Michael created and delivered a unique, final year Honours Degree module centred around performance and programming expertise in Ableton Live.
